she is shown to be very high-strung, a nervous wreck of a critter. she is also a bit forgetful, as she tends to leave things at the office. despite her recent life events, it's implied she has struggled with depression long before then. she often remarks of killing herself over minor inconviences, though it seems these are mostly in jest.

she is mainly friendly and gets along with most people. however, she seems to have a malevolent streak. she was extremely hostile towards brittney upon first meeting her. although afterwards she regretted this and apologized, upon learning her true origins she shows no hesitation in wanting to kill her. skippy also holds little regard for her own wellbeing on occasion for others, she will run out in the road for you if needed.

like charlie, she's a heavy drinker; often seen drinking in her offtime. it seems this does not affect her work life for the most part. very few times it gets out of hand. this is mainly shown at mr. boss and brittney's wedding, but it's mentioned she went on a bender after smormu's death.

she had a mostly unremarkable childhood, but spent a lot of time with her cousin smormu. at some point after high school she met pim and charlie. she's mostly in the background but probably wouldn't be introduced until smormu's death. feeling hopeless she ends up calling the smiling friends, so pim and charlie try to cheer her up. they can only do so much.

sometime before the end of season 1 mr. boss is looking for a babysitter for jason, to which pim suggests skippy. this leads to her actually getting the job. up to this point she had been mostly working smaller odd jobs, though it seems implied she might still have another side gig.
